Sri Lanka beat Pakistan and West Indies beat India in ICC T20 WC Super8

In the Super 8 round of 2009 ICC Twenty20 World Cup, both the finalist of last T20 World Cup, India and Pakistan lost their matches against West Indies and Sri Lanka respectively on Friday, 12th June, 2009 at Lord's.

West Indies beat defending champion India comfortably by 7 wickets with 8 balls remaining thanks to Bravo who hit34 balls 66 runs and quick fire 18 runs of 9 balls by Chenderpaul.
