Top two teams from each group will be qualified for the Super8 round and teams has been divided into two groups Group E and Group F with 4 team in each group.

In Super 8 round each team will play each other in the same match and top 2 teams from Group E and Group F will qualify for the 2009 Twenty20 World Cup Semi-Finals.
